My Prayer

Hey everybody,

I have no idea what I am supposed to be talking about right now but it was made very apparent to me that I needed to get up and come to the computer lab in the coffee shop to make my post tonight. So i'm just going to pray on here until I find what it is that God wants me to say.

Dear Lord,

I thank you for the great day you've given us. Wonderful weather and amazing people in our lives to share it with. Lord I pray that if anyone reads this and thinks to themselves, "what people?!" I pray that they find you Lord. I've been there, lonely. Its one of the worst feelings one can experience but not so much in a physical way. Loneliness is very suddle. You never realize you are alone until you look around you and notice that no one is there. You can be totally oblivious to it until you're so far from everyone you can't even get their attention. I pray that they find you Lord and find you well. I pray that they find the peace that you instill into all your children that if they will just come to you you will give to them so willingly and so abundently. I am a perfect example of that Lord. You have given me more than I could ever ask and I thank you for that. I praise you for giving me the amazing girlfriend I have and just the opportunity day in and day out to be around her and share my life with. I thank you for the amazing relationship that I have rekindled with my family since coming to you. You've blessed me with more than I ever thought possible Lord and I'm willing and ready to move for you. Show me the direction and I will go. Please Lord be with anyone who is sick or needs help in anyway. I pray that they find help in me or in anyone around them or that maybe there would be anyone around them. I pray for all the lonely. I pray you get there attention and make them realize that they were and are never alone that all the have to do is look to their side and you are there. Also, I pray that you put your hand on the bible study that we may come together and have a great meeting wednsday. I pray you give me the strength and the words to say that will touch lives for you and your glory, not mine. Thank you Lord for all that you have done for me and I praise you so much for everything you do for all of us. I love you Lord and I know that you love me.

amen.

I am Chris' older brother. I can testify to the work God has done in my brother's life. He has come so far from where he was. Anyone who has known him can easily see the change that has taken place. I can honestly say that I am more proud of him now than ever before. He has become a man on fire for God and ready and willing to share with everyone. I believe God is working in his life and is using him to reach out to others. I will end this post by saying that my brother will always be in my prayers and I pray that he continues to grow in his walk with God. I pray for his Bible study that it reaches out to all those who need to hear and beyond. Just open your heart and listen to the voice of God. He will never lead you astray. God Bless.
